"Salt N Pepa delivered an unforgettable performance, but the faulty microphones and amps that kept malfunctioning mid-lyric were a major disappointment.
I suspected the venue was the issue after hearing about similar experiences with other bands at the Masonic Temple, despite initially thinking it was just poor equipment for all three bands.
Their equipment was a disaster, and I anticipated more value for the money I spent. I would see this band again and recommend them to friends, but not at this venue.
On the coldest day of the year, they opened the doors late, causing concern for frostbite as my toes went numb. Hopefully, they'll choose a better venue like Freedom Hill or the Fillmore next time they return.
